This is Steph's Pack--the Aura 50 by Osprey Packs. Steph chose this pack because it is extremely lightweight, weighing a base of only 3 lbs. and now less with the trimmings. Also it is a very small pack (3000 cu. in.) as Steph will not need to carry very much and it will limit us on the amount we are able to bring. Osprey packs are very durable and well made.
This is Will's Pack--the Aether70 also by Osprey Packs. My pack is still relatively lightweight weighing about 4 lbs. For the weight though it has an excellent carrying capacity of 4200 cu. in. So as you can see I get the pleasure of carrying quite a bit of the gear. The picture to the left has quite a few unnecessary straps, most of which I have already removed from my pack.
